• Job and order information, such as job references, customer or site details, notes, flashing profiles, dimensions, bends, folds, materials, colours, quantities and submitted order history.
• Generated order documents and attachments, such as order summaries or PDFs sent to our manufacturing team.
• Optional photos or marked-up images, if you choose to add them to a job or order workflow.
• Device and technical information, such as app version, basic diagnostic information and information needed to keep you signed in and operate the app securely.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Save, review and submit flashing orders.
• Send order details to our manufacturing or administration team.
• Maintain order history and draft workflows.
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues and improve the app.

• Supabase for database storage and order history.
• Resend for sending order emails.
• Vercel for hosting backend API routes and web pages.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to operate the app, process submitted orders, provide support, comply with law, or protect our legal rights and systems.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including authenticated access, row-level database security where applicable, and secure service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Data Retention

We keep account, job and order information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain business records, support manufacturing and order history, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can contact us to request deletion where deletion is legally and operationally possible.

Photos, Camera and Files

If the app asks for access to photos, camera or files, that access is used only for features you choose to use, such as attaching or marking up job-related images. The app does not access these items unless you grant permission or select files for use in the app.

Mildura Flashings is intended for trade and business use. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
